Citrus is a symbol of luxury and hospitality in southern Italy, particularly in Sicily from where the Cicala family emigrated. It is also a dedication to Joe Cicala’s great-grandmother, Clementina. The snake represents Angizia, the pagan snake goddess of the Marsi tribe who inhabited Angela Cicala’s familiar region of Abruzzo.
We are proud to serve authentic family recipes, rooted in the folklore and traditions of Italy’s southern regions.

We are a southern Italian restaurant located inside the historic Divine Lorraine Hotel on North Broad Street, in Philadelphia, where husband and wife chefs Joe and Angela Cicala, bring you the region’s most authentic Italian dining experience which focuses on seasonality, sustainability, and most importantly, simplicity.

HOSTS
Qualified candidates should have:
-Minimum 1 year of Host experience in a well-rated restaurant
-A true passion for service, ability to connect with the guests to ensure they are "wow-ed" with each interaction
-A genuine and outgoing nature - able to comfortably engage in natural dialogue with guests
-The ability to communicate clearly and articulately on the telephone, providing information and answering questions for callers, while focusing on etiquette
-Open availability to work daytime/evenings/weekends - SUNDAY availability will prioritize the applicant.

Compensation: Hourly, based on experience. We offer on the job training and RAMP certification

BACK SERVER
​
A great entry level position and opportunity for anyone looking to start a career in hospitality. Candidates should have:
-Positive attitude, great personality and a willingness to learn and grow
-Clean and groomed presentation and a professional manner
-The ability to anticipate guests expectations and needs
-Open availability to work evenings and weekends
Compensation: based on experience, we offer on the job training plus certifications such as RAMP and SERVESAFE

SERVERS & WAIT CAPTAINS
We are seeking full-time veteran fine dining servers & wait captains. The preferred applicants are outgoing, friendly, hard-working with a positive attitude and have the knowledge and skill level of classic fine dining service. Experience in table-side preparations such as wine service and filleting fish are a huge plus. Minimum of three years experience preferred.
We offer very competitive compensation, RAMP and SERVESAFE certifications, and employee F&B discounts.

LINE COOKS
​
We are seeking full time cooks for the Garde Manger, Pastry, Pasta/risotto, meat/fish stations and morning prep. Skills should include butchering/portioning, sauce making, basic knife and prep skills, cleanliness, positive attitude, commitment and punctuality.
Top choices will be invited for a stage/working interview.
