Introducing our outdoor culinary workshops, hosted on our spacious patio. While we recognize the need to continue  social distancing and wearing masks to get through this pandemic, we also believe feeding the soul is an important part of any healing process. 

 

  We have created a line up of unique culinary workshops which allow friends to spend time together,  learning something new  in a safe and sanitary setting, while maintaining  all Covid-19 CDC guidelines. Let's get back to enjoying one another's company over great food and wine.

Part culinary class, part aromatherapy! The scent of basil is believed to calm, clarify, and uplift the mind. Join Chef Joe Cicala in making a summer favorite, silk handkerchief pasta with basil pesto.

Class includes:

 

  • Hands on pesto class and pasta demo by Chef Cicala.

  • Signature Recipe and basil plant to keep

Join one of our favorite mixologists, Samantha, for a fun afternoon creating unique cocktails and a bit of bar-room history. Learn a few tricks of the trade, vintage and modern, to show off at your next cocktail party.

 a new life skill, pasta making! In this hands on class, you will learn to

make "maccheroni al ferro'', (maccheroni on a wire), a traditional pasta

from Chef Joe Cicala's familial villiage of Fiumidinisi, Sicily.

  • Hands on pasta instruction with Chef Cicala.
