  We have created a line up of unique culinary workshops and wine classes which allow friends to spend time together, learning something new in a safe and sanitary setting, while maintaining  all Covid-19 CDC guidelines. Let's get back to enjoying one another's company over great food and wine.

Join our Sommelier, Carl Etcheverry, as he transports you to Sardinia, in this unique wine seminar and tasting. Discover 4 varietals that are currently growing on the island and learn about the fascinating Sardinian culture. Seating is limited.

We're bringing a little of the country to the city today with a fancy pie making class. Sip a few sparkling autumn cocktails and enjoy hors d'oeuvres, while learning how to make the perfect pie. (Class takes place indoors at Cicala Restaurant.)

Join one of our favorite mixologists for a fun afternoon of creating unique cocktails and a bit of bar-room history. Learn a few tricks of the trade, vintage and modern, to show off at your next cocktail party.

Get your kids out of the house and teach them 

 a new life skill, pasta making! In this hands on class, you will learn to make "maccheroni al ferro'', (maccheroni on a wire), a traditional pasta from Chef Joe Cicala's familial village of Fiumidinisi, Sicily. great day out for the whole family.  

 

 

Price:  $75 per person

  • Welcome glass of wine and light bites

  • Hands on pasta instruction with Chef Cicala.

  • Signature recipe to keep

  • Pasta and a jar of the Cicala family's marinara to take home.

  • Lunch of maccheroni al ferro pasta in marinara, housemade bread, gelato, water, fountain drinks, coffee or tea.
