Cannoli classes with

Pastry Chef, Angela Cicala

Pastry Chef Angela Ranalli-Cicala wants to share some of her Italian baking secrets with you! 

Gather friends and family and spend the day in the kitchen in this hands on class, learning to prepare authentic Sicilian Cannoli.

Enjoy a glass of complimentary wine and roll up your sleeves as we make the cannoli dough the old fashioned way, right on the table top.

We will be making the cannoli shells along with a variety of fillings: Nutella Ricotta, Traditional Chocolate Chip, and Espresso Ricotta filling too.

 

 

WORKSHOP INCLUDES:

  • Savory bites & complimentary glass of wine upon arrival

  • Recipes to keep

  • Cannoli to take home

$75.00 per person.

 

4 person minimum to hold a private workshop, 6 person maximum.

 

If you are a single student or couple, mixed group classes are now available to join as well. Please email to requests for dates.

Please advise us of any allergies or aversions in advance.

We will be happy to accommodate you.

We offer 1 glass of complimentary wine during the workshop, but please feel free to BYOB as well!
