Cannoli Classes with

Pastry Chef Angela Cicala wants to share some of her Italian baking secrets with you! 

 

SATURDAY, APRIL 17 12:00 pm 

In this virtual class live from her kitchen in Italy, you will learn to prepare authentic Sicilian Cannoli. Roll up your sleeves and make the dough the old fashioned way, right on the table top. She will show you how to make the cannoli shells along with a two fillings.

 

 

TOOLS NEEDED:

  • PASTA MACHINE

(Buy Atlas pasta machine.)

  • PASTRY BAG

(Optional. You can also use a

small spoon

  • LARGE ROUND COOKIE CUTTER

  •  THERMOMETER FOR OIL

 (Buy thermometer )

  • CANNOLI DOWELS

(Buy set of 15 dowels)
